The breath is the portal to get to know yourself better.

Once you know how to manipulate your breathing, you can shift what’s going on around you including your relationships.

With practice, you become more aligned to you.

Breathing is such a simple phenomenon yet just like your nervous system, it’s at the root of all our experiences.

Did you know? Every physiological state in your nervous system correlates to a specific breathing pattern. That state might be in bed asleep, at work or e.g. on the golf course.
