Focus on the Crocus…
It’s taken me a while but I’ve managed to work out that life is about getting the right amount of whelm.
With feelings of underwhelm, you can’t appreciate or have the gratitude for a great deal that’s going on around you or for you. Of course there are lots of reasons for having a low mood.
With overwhelm, it’s possible you’ve got far too much going on and are far too excited about stuff (yes you can be too excited) or have far too responsibility for everything! We know where constant overwhelm gets us in terms of our health.
I’ve had to be really mindful lately of not getting overwhelmed in trying to finish a course I’ve designed called Mind How You Go which I release next week!
It was one of many reasons that I stepped out into Sefton Park for the first time in awhile yesterday and revisited one of my favourite scenes, the emergence of the Crocus again on the first day of meteorological spring.
Very uplifting, and an ideal way to help focus on maintaining and sustaining the right amount of whelm. Focus on the Crocus.
