Mind How You Go – acclaimed mindfulness course incorporating Buteyko Breathwork

Much of what we do at work and in life from my viewpoint is human development-centred.

If you work, everyone in your team will have ups and downs, times they’re not feeling great, but how do people get e.g. their mood back up, what works for them?

Throughout this course and at the centre of it is a focus on how to help you positively influence your own mood and more broadly, your mind.

Obviously, every individual is totally different but there’s a common thread.

People need coping strategies nowadays more than ever.

There’s never been more pressure on people’s nervous systems.

The pace of society is now regarded somehow as ‘normal’ by some, but clearly, it’s not.

What this course aims to do is help people having a stressful time develop a nervous system that is familiar with it.

In plain speak, that means to support you to become more emotionally robust as part of your ongoing self-development. It’s forever ongoing if we are open to it right?!

Expect to read about many tried and tested techniques to help you e.g. gain better sleep performance, achieve improved focus and concentration through the day, and deal better with triggers and stress.

Finally, the course is divided into headings covering the following topics:

Map, Manage and Master your Mindset – Becoming Robust – Live More In Sympathetic Mode – Minding that Negativity – Becoming Emotionally Fitter – Swerve the Burnout – Grant yourself Grace, Care, and Goodwill.
