IMPOSTER SYNDROME WORKSHOP ATTRACTS FULL HOUSE

I had a really enjoyable and insightful morning of conversation and knowledge-sharing in Liverpool yesterday.

Thanks to University of Liverpool Management School Bruntwood SciTech and Growth Platform for the Imposter Syndrome-themed event.

Great informal chat was had with Janice Mears Jen Fenner and Jo Hynes-Perez – Jen would be a very strong asset to any company looking for a speaker to share what it takes from a human development perspective to run a firm!

Well done to all the speakers Martine Gibson MBACP Clare Ellis Rian Bailey-Weir & Sharon Cooksey

Cool to see my guys Tom Phillips Takudzwa Nyauswa Dave Verburg & Alex Frech too (Tak, get the drinks booked).

What did I acknowledge?
1, Imposter Syndrome can give people (and me) a kick up the proverbial if ever they (I) need one to just do it!
2, That we need lots more events like this!
3, That what I’m doing – helping people to map, manage and master their nervous system (as part of human development) in their daily experiences at work in whatever their role is still a bit ahead of the curve but it’s coming! Ready when you are!
4, Remove jacket on entry to event to reduce rosy cheeks effect in photos.
5, Via Rian Bailey-Weir bring a pet for company when presenting (but not a squirrel, my choice of pet).
