Just looking back at some work I did with schools on the power of the breath for sleep.
I had a conversation with a middle aged couple in the park this morning about poor sleep.
The husband was getting it in the ear about his snoring but his wife also revealed that they are both fed up with the NHS only offering a CPAP machine as a solution to his sleep apnea.
Hopefully one day, more people working in the NHS will acknowledge the science that tells us to retrain our (often hidden dysfunctional) daytime breathing in order to improve sleep and dramatically reduce the incidence of sleep apnea.
