We have dozens of testimonials validating the effectiveness of the Buteyko mthod and increasingly, GP’s, dentists and other NHS and private prractitioners are referring their patients to Breathren in what’s been called ‘social prescribing’.

Breathren consultations and workshops do require commitment by the individual to obtain the maximum potential benefits plus there are plenty of supporting materials available within Breathren’s breathing education mentoring packages.

One-to-one consults

One-to-one consultation course over 5 weeks with each consult, one and a quarter hours in length. This includes completing an initial questionnaire, lifestyle analysis, breathing education on the traits and causes of breathing dysfunction, learning the Buteyko method – theory and exercises, plus support between consults. £525.

Breathren wellbeing in the workplace workshops

Breathren workshops for employers and organisations typically take place over 4 weeks and can operate face-to-face or by Zoom. There are a total of four sessions each lasting 1 hour plus follow up and mentoring is avaialble to any participants for four weeks after the course is completed.
